Ordering
Browse through our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on checkout. You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order. Orders can only be sent to the billing address of the cardholder placing an order.
Delivery schedule
For orders to UK address, orders for stock items will normally be delivered the next business day (for orders placed before 12pm on a business day), however, please allow 3 days for delivery.
For international orders, we offer shipping by leading international couriers (UPS/FedEX). Please note that delivery times to destinations outside the EU cannot be guaranteed.
If the item ordered is not in stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch goods as soon as they arrive.
Payment
We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard. Your account will not be debited until we are ready to despatch your order,
For orders made from the UK or European Union, 17.5% VAT will be added to your order at checkout.
Returns
We will only allow returning goods to us if there is a fault with the item.
Warranty
Unless otherwise specified, all items are supplied with a 12 month return to base warranty for manufacturing defects. This requires that you cover the cost of freight to and from our office in the event of a fault. In the event of an item being returned for a warranty repair and the item either has no fault, or has suffered accidental damage, we may charge an inspection charge of GBP£65 ex VAT.
