Pre Paid SIM Renewal

The SIM card will remain active (from the first call) for an initial period of one year. At the end of the year there is a 39 unit renewal fee to extend the validity of the SIM for a further year. If you have used more than 1500 units during the year then the renewal fee is waived and your SIM validity is extended for another year free of charge. Renewal fee is automatically deducted from your balance, if you do not have enough credit your account will go into a grace period for 30 days during which you will not be able to make outgoing calls but can receive calls.In this period your account will be automatically renewed if you topup with the required amount.


First call must be made within 6 months of activation date.  Activation is usually on the date of purchase.
